  • Click-to-Pay Link – Use the link sent via text from 844-908-3963 or email from billing@cvmspc.com
  • Online BillPay – Pay directly on our website: www.cedarvalleymedical.com then click Pay Bill or Pay Your Bill.
  • Contact Patient Financial Services – Call 319-235-5397 or 800-211-9244 (Have your account number ready).
  • Mail – Send payments by mail using the information provided on your statement.

Important Notes

  • Unmonitored Messages: Replies to billing texts or emails aren’t monitored.  To opt out, text STOP or unsubscribe from the email.  If you opt out of text and email you will be switched over to Paper Statements; however, there could be a delay in the system getting the change made.  It is best to call in if your preference is paper statements only.
